Working plan · 18 Sep 2026 · no spend on the new work
Mill the walls. Catch the walk-in. Do not become the GC.
Stan’s rank stays. Jim’s mill photos and trade packet sit under it. Hotel-style dashboard watches the lanes. HubSpot can wait. Statewide Search already running is left alone until you say otherwise.
What we are building
Two new Google Search campaigns, mocked first: Bailey 10 miles off 62160 US Hwy 285, and overlapping 8–10 miles on Granby / Grand Lake. Cabin intent. Kit, mill to square, stack. Call or walk in. Not a HubSpot form. Not the rail quote page. Not Hotel St. Cloud’s ads account.
Beside ads, same week: a named GC/agent list in Park and Grand, with the packet already written. Past-customer rail and decks as cash, not a cabin campaign.
Stan’s rank (locked 17 Sep)
Geo Search first. Two campaigns, not one blob. Never bid “housing.”
GCs / builders in Park and Grand. Named list. Direct. Parallel to ads.
Agents. Same packet. Referral ask. Not a fifth Search campaign.
Permit pulls later. Public record only.
Land buyers last. Land closed is not a cabin this year.
Jim locks on the same day: Chris out. Parkers office off. Events not this year. $500 was Meta retargeting, parked. No HubSpot on this build. Do not create new Google objects until you like the mock.
Dashboard (hotel shape, TJ’s lanes)
Same board you liked on the hotel: dark strip, zeros until they are real, lanes you can read in one glance. Full board: open dashboard.

HubSpot funnel on the board is dashes until someone gives Timber a portal key. That is honest, not a blocker for ads mock.

Saw it from the road. Come in.

From Granby to Grand Lake.
Walk the yard. See the logs. Open and closed on the door. (303) 838-5779.
All 30 headlines on the review page. Approve & Launch is off. Nothing in Google was created for these two campaigns.
Trade packet
GC: we mill the walls, you keep the job. Agent: land closed, cabin next, named intro. Same packet. Do not blast. PDF lives in Timber’s notes; tapable tools:
You look at this plan, the landing, and the ad cards. Change copy or photos now. Crop the Crowhill board off the 285 sign if it bothers you.
Leave statewide “Log Cabins and Homes” alone until Stan or you say pause or rebuild. It is ENABLED, Colorado, $75/day. Not Bailey/34.
Jim starts a short named GC/agent list for Park and Grand. Packet goes with names, not a blast. Rob Pecoraro (Steamboat lender) is a text, not the packet.
Katie / Josh: past-customer rail, decks, garages. Own lane. Cash this fall. I can draft the letter when you want B.
When the mock looks right: Timber creates two campaigns in the TJ’s Ads account, status PAUSED, $25/day each ($50 mock). Review page stays the gate. Telegram is not approval.
Mystery shop before enable. Paid click has to become a conversation. If the mill does not catch the lead, do not turn Search on.
Dashboard: once paused campaigns exist, pull real zeros from the TJ’s CID onto this board. Still $0 spend until enable.
HubSpot later. Portal 44766252 is the site. No API key. Do not wait on it to mock or to pause-build.
Face of the lot is not an ad task, but ads that dump people into a tired lobby waste the click. Shop is fine. Entrance, shrubs, comfort room are the mill’s.
Do not: bid housing, send cabin ads to rail-quote, hang TJ’s on Hotel St. Cloud, become the GC in copy, run mill festivals this year, stand up Meta $500, or invent mill prices on a public page.
Porta-john, cluttered benches, tight portraits, luxury 3D lodge renders, Crowhill board if we can crop it.
What success looks like (once live, later)
Walk-ins and calls from Bailey / 34, logged somehow even if HubSpot is messy. Named GC replies. Rail jobs from old customers. Dashboard that shows spend vs those, not vanity clicks. Statewide Search either paused or rebuilt to this rank so we are not paying Colorado-wide for “log cabins” while we claim geo.
